At Artwallvibe.shop, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be accepted, returned items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and mounting hardware.

  • Be supported by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

  • Not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page.

2. How to Request a Return

2.1 Approval Required

You must contact us at contact@artwallvibe.shop before sending any item back.

2.2 Return Instructions

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label.

  • Instructions for securely packaging your item.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete (including missing hardware), please contact us as soon as possible with relevant details.

3.2 Resolution Process

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products, including items with added text or images.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.

To exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original product and then place a new order separately.

5.2 Applying Credit

If your return is approved, any eligible refund may be used toward your replacement purchase.

6.1 Inspection

Returned items are inspected within approximately 3–5 business days after receipt.

6.2 Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply.
